Among the instructors, there are names such as Bob Moesta (co-architect of the Jobs To Be Done methodology), Ash Maurya (creator of the Lean Canvas framework), Bruce McCarthy (author of Product Roadmaps Relaunched and expert on defining OKRs), Matt Lerner (expert on Product Metrics and Growth), Kim Kalbach (expert on experience design), as well as other professionals from companies like Bolt, Adobe, Zalando and Mind the Product.
HTW Institute’s courses and workshops help technology companies from Europe upskill their high-performing product managers, ready to train their teams and strengthen the organizational culture needed to build a successful product.
“Product managers play a critical role in the success or failure of a technology company. In the past year, How to Web has organized over 10 workshops that have helped train over 240 professionals from product teams at companies such as Bitdefender, UiPath, FintechOS, TypingDNA, Orange, and Adobe. Through HTW Institute, training product teams by the best people in the industry has become our priority, so we aim to help companies build high-performing teams”, says Andrei Firoiu, Product Lead at HTW Institute.
The Product Management Foundation is the first course organized by HTW Institute, and it takes place from October 11 to December 3 in a live, virtual format. The course is addressed to product managers who are just starting in the job or those who want to structure and consolidate their current knowledge, and project managers who wish to transition into product management roles. It is specifically designed to fit into the busy schedule of participants, and includes 27 hours of training activities with experts, discussion sessions with experienced product managers and provides the methodologies and frameworks required in the day-to-day work of a product manager, as well as a certificate of completion.
The Product Management Foundation course is held by some of the best product development specialists in the world. It is structured in 4 main modules, covering the fundamental areas a product manager should master: customer discovery interview techniques based on Jobs-To-Be-Done theory, product discovery methods, product roadmaps, OKRs and product metrics.
